Over the years, I've faced challenges in business, relationships, life and in professional wrestling. All of which have lead me to who I am today, my own superhero. My name is Sarah but you can also call me by my wrestling alter ego, my own superhero and the name of this website: Britenay.

Through my journey, I discovered my passion and superpower: coaching others to uplift and empower them to be who they want and NEED to be for themselves. To help them achieve what they want from this life.
